Welcome to Sports Predictions Bot ("the Bot", "we", "us", or "our"), a Discord application operated by Betting Bots, also known as Buffy.bot ("the Team"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the Bot to your Discord server or interacting with the Bot in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Sports Predictions Bot provides sports predictions, statistics, and related entertainment content through Discord. The Bot is designed to enhance your Discord experience by providing sports-related information and predictions.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All content provided by the Bot is for entertainment purposes only
• The Bot does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or betting advice
• No prediction or information from the Bot should be relied upon for making financial decisions or placing bets
• Past predictions do not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Bot
• The Team is not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of the Bot

4. No Gambling Services

The Bot does not facilitate, enable, or provide gambling services of any kind. We do not accept bets, process payments, or operate as a gambling platform. If you choose to use information from the Bot for gambling purposes, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Discord) to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

6. User Conduct

When using the Bot, you agree not to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETTING BOTS (BUFFY.BOT) AND ITS TEAM MEMBERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BOT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Betting Bots (Buffy.bot), its team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Bot or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The Bot operates on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Discord's services, policies, or any third-party content or services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
